The online dust monitor is based on the electric signals collected by charge induction principle, which are amplified, filtered, and processed by the device's transmitter, allowing for accurate measurement of dust concentration.  The main part of the product is constructed with an integrated structure that offers strong anti-interference performance.

 Adopt industrial two-wire system for power supply and output, operating at low power consumption and enhancing the safety for both the product and its field use.

 The measuring electrode is made of imported protective materials, providing enhanced high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and anti-adhesion performance.

 Adopt patented design, with high sealing performance and high firmness of measuring electrode.

 The internal MCU of the product has the functions of self-adaptation, automatic reference and self-calibration, which can automatically adjust to the current working condition at the initial stage of equipment installation, and automatically calibrate the equipment status at zero o'clock every day to prevent drift.

 The instrument is powered by a non-polar DC 24V source, ensuring the normal functioning of both the instrument and other devices.

 This product is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, power, cement, chemical, and electrolytic aluminum for online monitoring of dust content in gas-solid two-phase flows.
