1. The conveying system flows out of the grinding water tank, passes through a bucket elevator to the top of the cement silo, and then is transported to each cement silo through an air conveying chute. Each air conveying chute on the top of each warehouse is equipped with two electric sniffer valves (excluding the two warehouses at both ends), one on the air conveying chute and the other on its side discharge chute. Whenever a silo is fed, the sniffing valve on the discharge chute on the side wall of the chute leading to this silo opens, while the gate width on the chute is closed. The material is discharged by a Roots blower and fed into the steam storage bin through a conveyor belt (closed). 2. Dust collector system process


A separate bag dust collector is installed at the head wheel of the inbound bucket elevator, and the dust collection point is connected to the head wheel cover of the bucket elevator. The dust collector is interlocked with the bucket elevator and operates randomly. In addition, each warehouse top is equipped with one bag dust collector and two dust collection points, respectively on the warehouse top and air conveying chute. The bag dust collector in the warehouse is only activated when the material is fed into the warehouse. Two (air box pulse) bag filters are installed at the bottom of each silo to collect the dust generated by cement falling from the silo bottom onto the conveyor belt, which is opened when the silo is discharged.
